Courtroom Presentation

At trial, you need everything to go as smoothly as possible.  We get that.  Many attorneys would rather focus on their case presentation rather than the technology.  You can count on us to handle the audio/visual equipment for you, and make you look like a pro.

Our range of courtroom playback services is varied and flexible, and we can be involved as much or as little as you require:

  • We can contact the court prior to trial to make sure that our media is compatible with their playback equipment (if they have any).  Most courtrooms have at least a DVD player and some sort of display device.
  • We can accompany you to court and provide someone to operate the courtroom audio/video equipment.
  • We can bring our projection equipment, sound equipment and media playback equipment to the courtroom, set it up and operate it for you.  Screen size is a bright 65 inches diagonally, and sound is presented through an 800W speaker system.
  • We can provide a “trial tech” to operate trial presentation software (we prefer Trial Director™) to display your case materials on the projection system.

Trial Presentation Software

Today’s juries are very multi-media-centric.  Today’s trial presentation software is designed to leverage that.  Our trial techs are very skilled at manipulating the exhibits, photos and documents to capture and hold the jury’s attention, and to direct their focus to the areas of these items that bolster your case.  Again, you maintain your focus on presentation of your case; we handle the technology for you.

This method of courtroom presentation requires some focused planning prior to trial, but our trained professionals will be with you every step of the way.  Once you’ve seen the benefits of this style of presentation,  we believe you will want to use it at every trial.  Take a moment to watch the short (3 minute) video below to see what this software, under the direction of an experienced trial tech, can do for your case presentation.
