Jim has been working with digital video since it became commercially available in the early 1990's, and has been working with computers since the early 1980's.  Formerly an electrical engineer, he started his own video business in early 2004.  He earned his CLVS certification (Certified Legal Video Specialist) through the National Court Reporter's Association in 2005. After working as a videographer for Legal Video Services, Inc.for several years, he purchased the company at the end of 2007 from Marty Hoyle (see below), and his goal is to grow the business by creating a highly satisfied customer base.  Jim lives in a northeastern suburb of Indianapolis with his wife and two teenage children.

Marty has been the pioneer with LVS since April of 1988, and throughout her tenure in this industry she has seen many, many changes.  Her passion has always been, and continues to be, what is best for the clients of LVS.  After selling LVS to Jim David at the end of 2007, she entered a semi-retired status.  Even though she has relinquished the day-to-day operation of LVS, Marty remains available as needed for service coverage, and in a support and training role for other staff members of LVS.
